Good experience turns bad. Used @Autoglass for a new windscreen at a Moto services. Get a PCN for being in car park too long, give details to Autoglass to get it cancelled. Get another letter today threatening a CCJ. Cannot speak to a human at CP+ car parks @AdmiralUK

So this week you’ve cancelled 7 out of 10 trains for me @TLRailUK . How Is this an improvement? I miss @SouthernRailUK even on a strike day we had a better service! #delayrepay

Good to see that even when I’m not using the trains @SouthernRailUK manage to delay me on the roads thanks to the shambles they’ve caused around #redhill
