if a system demands that you spend your entire life doing something you hate while giving you nothing meaningful in return, your lack of personal benefit also means you have little reason or ability to contribute meaningfully to the system.
If you’re ever unsure about what you want or who you want to become, look closely at the daily routines and lives of the people around you. If you don't want their results, don't take their directions. Let their life be your anti-vision.
how to become dangerously confident:
stop trying to convince yourself you can do something.
stack evidence instead.
look at every time you’ve done it before, or done something similar.
your brain believes what you’ve experienced.
give it proof.
Chasing a positive experience is mechanically speaking a negative experience, because the pursuit itself reinforces the fact that you don’t have the thing you want.
Conversely, accepting a negative experience is actually a positive experience.
Because you stop fighting reality.
Being a beginner is an unfair advantage. You’re free to experiment, fail, pivot, and try again without the pressure of being perfect. Even when something works, you can still explore other directions. You haven’t established a standard yet, so you can just make shit.

neuroplasticity works faster under high emotional intensity. if you can resist a craving when it's at its peak, you get a bigger rewiring effect. this is why the hardest moments matter most, they're not setbacks, they're high-voltage opportunities to change.
you lack consistency because you don't have a small project to practice it on
-make your bed every morning
-buy a flower pot and keep it alive
-do the dishes immediately after eating
consistency is built by repeatedly doing small boring things you could easily ignore
the problem isn’t how bad your job is.
it's how it pays you just enough to keep you showing up everyday.
paycheck after paycheck, you stop thinking about starting the business you wanted to, because a small certain life is always easier to believe than a big uncertain one.
Most people think m@sturbAtion is not a sin.
Most people think ej@culat1ng 21 times in a single month prevents prostate cancer.
Most people think watching P*rn is same as scrolling Tiktok.
JUST SEE FOR YOURSELF.
PORN.REALLY.F*CKS.UP.YOUR.BRAIN.
a lot of our hustle culture is just compensation for how we were treated in the past.
i know you say you want success. you want the Lambo. you want every bitch. you want to be filthy rich. but what if i told you.. you don't actually want any of those things?
you want what those things symbolize, the respect, validation, the status.
all of this because of how you were treated in the past.
the kid who was bullied.
the teenager nobody noticed.
the guy who never got chosen.
the person who felt invisible.
many develop a silent contract with reality:
"*one day I'll become so successful that nobody can ignore me.*"
your success becomes more of repairing a wounded identity than by achievements.
you may spend years chasing:
more likes on tiktok
more followers
more attention
only to discover you never actually wanted those things.
you wanted the feeling of being admired.
and admiration is incredibly unstable.
once you get it, your brain immediately asks for more.
but the problem is that success solves external problems.
and insecurity is an internal one.
if your identity is:
"*nobody liked me and i'm trying to prove my worth*" then every achievement simply raises the standard.
people driven by proving something often burn out because proving yourself is a game with no finish lin.
people driven by genuine interest can keep going for decades because the work itself is rewarding.
You can’t beat someone out of an addiction.
You can beat them into hiding it.
You can beat them into stopping for a while.
But you can’t beat them into healing.
Most people look at someone with an addiction and think, "They just need to stop."
But that's not how it works.
Nobody picks up a bad habit for no reason.
Nobody stays stuck in something that hurts them for no reason.
There is always something deeper the addiction is solving.
Stress they don't know how to handle, loneliness they don't know how to fix, pain they don't know how to talk about, boredom so heavy it feels like they’re drowning.
The pain always existed but the addiction was their answer to the pain.
It was the fastest way they found to feel okay, even if only for a few minutes, even if it made everything worse in the long run.
What I’ve just said is very important because if you take away the answer without fixing the problem, the problem just doesn't go away.
It only becomes worse.
