we’ve recently appointed a brilliant candidate from the @10000BI programme to join us this summer. Encourage everyone to sign up (looking at you in-house corporate affairs teams 👀). There is no magic bullet to our industry wide lack of #diversity but this is a good step.

it will be interesting to see how this turns out, although yet another innovation (like hybrid working) that only serves professional white collar jobs. Be great to see some ideas that could benefit other types of workers too.
