@TUIUK I appreciate they are a guide. This was double that estimation and was purely down to the pick-ups. If the journey typically takes 2 hours due to always being the first pick-up/last drop off it is helpful to state that, rather than the minimum possible door to door time.

@TUIUK please can you check the accuracy of your advertised resort transfer times? Website said approx 60 mins. Actual transfer was 2 hours (this was planned rather than due to adverse traffic) That’s double the estimate which seems a tad misleading.

@BBCNews Regardless of whether they are mis-diagnosing or not the care provided by these private clinics seems pretty shoddy. I do agree the documentary could have focused on access to proper assessment rather than the underlying implication of over-diagnosis.

@TUIUK again you’ve changed the carrier of my flight from LGW. Flight now has a BY no. which I understand means we depart from South Terminal. Do we also bag drop at south terminal? Can we still do night before bag drop? Can we check in online? Your email did not make this clear.
