It’s concerning how many people in our community still do not know the fuller context surrounding this shooting. The limited information that has circulated especially a short video clip is a clear example of how a media blackout can shape public understanding of what actually happened. This story is far more complex than it has been made out to be. He did not simply “snap” after a phone call. He had expressed real concern for his family’s safety, did not remain at home, and was up pacing through the night. Harassment, gang stalking, setups, and even death threats had become major factors in the situation involving his deputy and the related deposition. Those pressures help explain why he was so on edge. It is also hard to dismiss as mere coincidence that this occurred the day after his deposition, particularly given reports that the judge had spoken down to him and treated him poorly for years. He knew what certain people were capable of, and he reportedly feared that saying too much about how the courthouse was being run could put him and his family at further risk. Jennifer Hill lost her life in what has been described as an overdose. Many people believe it was a “hot shot” intended to remove her from the picture so that Deputy Ben Fields’ charges would be dropped. Another woman involved in related litigation recently had her arm broken by Pikeville PD and was harassed after speaking out. Obviously when a sheriff reaches a level of fear and paranoia that leads him to shoot a judge, it suggests that others who had spoken out were also afraid for their lives and that deaths described as mysterious overdoses may not be coincidental. Federal authorities, including the FBI, should investigate allegations of a racketeering enterprise involving brothel-related operations in which women selling drugs lived with Commonwealth’s attorneys. The scheme is alleged to have operated under the guise of rehabilitation, generating kickbacks to judges, facilitating large scale Medicaid fraud, and using family court threats against the women’s children to coerce them into trafficking. Some of the women subjected to this grooming are now reported to hold high positions in politics. The pattern implicates potential violations of RICO (18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq.), sex trafficking (18 U.S.C. § 1591), health-care fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1347), and related civil-rights offenses involving alleged police harassment and surveillance. These matters fall under federal jurisdiction. Instead of an investigation, following the shooting death of a sitting judge, his brother-in-law was appointed Commonwealth’s attorney… the office previously held by an individual linked to the trafficking allegations. The succession raises clear conflicts of interest and the appearance of an ongoing protected enterprise. A federal investigation is desperately needed to examine the full scope of the conduct, identify victims, and determine whether the enterprise continues because public confidence in local prosecutorial and judicial integrity depends on it.

Democrats in Kentucky might be some of the dumbest in the country. We all see the political landscape due to national issues. This is the best chance Democrats in Kentucky have had in nearly ten years to win back some of the seats they’ve lost, and then they go and support this. The very reason Kentucky Democrats stopped dominating the state is due in large part to coal and a huge disconnect on social issues with the God-fearing, rural nature of the state. So instead of trying to respect that and win back some of those voters, they decide to have a pride festival in the most rural mountain area they can find, then bring in satanists to mock the dominant religion in Kentucky and have sexually explicit performances in front of small children. Really smart of Booker and other Democrats to show up and support this.

This is Kentucky state senator Tichenor . She is exposing $400 thousand tax payer dollars a MONTH in wasteful spending by the school district officials for things like plane tickets, plays, restaurants etc that is supposed to go for the children’s education. This came about after an audit of a reported 17.8 Million dollar budget shortfall. In the end the school superintendent Demetrus Wiggins announced his “retirement” . He should have been fired and charged in my opinion. This just demonstrates the amount of fraud going on everywhere in our country.

Beshear's administration approves a data center to draw 2 million gallons of water per day in Hancock County, Kentucky, just weeks before he comes out with tough talk about data centers. That's the same amount of water as 15,000 Kentucky homes, according to the figures used by the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet. Hancock County has only 3,700 households. In August of this year, the federal government declared the county eligible for emergency loans due to an extreme drought and natural disasters. Don't fall for politicians suddenly trying to shift on protecting communities from the potential long-term damage from data centers. It's all about getting elected again or moving on to a higher office. Behind closed doors, they're still shaking hands and making deals. There should be actual laws on the books, not just pinky promises and meaningless EOs. If Beshear and Republicans are serious about protecting citizens and getting them comfortable with data centers, Beshear needs to call a special session and the Legislature needs to get these protections in place: - Data centers create their own power. - Closed-loop systems only, with last-served water protections in place and strict water-level monitoring. - Industrial areas only. - Noise protections and level limits in place. - Absolutely zero taxpayer support or carve-outs. - Bond requirements in case of abandonment to cover the cost of demolition if the huge buildings remains vacant for five years. Now, the secret is they never will pass these laws because data centers don't want them. Why? Because all of the concerns about power, water, noise, and massive vacant buildings as technology moves on are real concerns. If they weren't, data centers would have no issues with these constraints.

🚨Breaking: Kentucky Data center developer allegedly tries to intimidate critics with threats. Brian Luftman is the founder of American Farm Investors. AFI is trying to build a data center next to Shaker Village, against the objections of both Mercer County and the City of Harrodsburg, which supplies water in the area. The county denied Brian’s zoning change request, so he has gone to the City of Burgin and asked the city to annex the data center property (which is larger than the entire town). If the city does so, it will nullify any county zoning restrictions on the property, allowing the data center to be built. Brian Luftman is also a part owner of Never Say Die bourbon. He received a $1 million tax incentive to open a $4 million microbrewery/bar in Lexington, KY. A woman named Diane Floyd reports that she has been posting in groups like Lexington Foodies, telling people about Never Say Die’s ownership and its ties to data center development, which seems to be causing people to decide they will not go to the bar. In response, Brian Luftman (according to the screenshots Diane posted) appears to try to intimidate and threaten Diane by exposing her 2023 arrest in the groups she is posting in. The Mercer County data center is quickly becoming quite the saga.

🚨 Breaking: Tonight a data center developer in Kentucky is going to try to get around the county government and ram through a new data center at a city council meeting. This developer has offered the city of Burgin up to $25,000 to rush through the proposal and hold the vote tonight. They are pushing hard to bypass Mercer County planning & zoning by annexing the Van Arsdall property into Burgin city limits. Burgin has no Planning & Zoning Commission, so annexation lets them skip the county process that already killed their earlier attempt six months ago. They’re in a major rush because the developer has to cut a big check to KU by August 1st to secure materials and power allocation. Without fast annexation and approvals, they lose their spot in line. That’s why the developer is offering to pay the city up to $25,000 to expedite everything and cover the costs — including a special meeting and quick votes while the city attorney is on vacation. Why the obsession with forcing this through when the community has made it clear they don’t want it? You knew the land wasn’t properly zoned for this when you started. If the people of Mercer County don’t support a massive data center on farmland, why not move on to a site where it’s actually wanted instead of trying to ram it through with money and rushed procedures?

🚨 Breaking: University officials are refusing to turn over documents related to their travels to the Cayman Islands, a place known for financial secrecy and fraud. Beth Musgrave at the Herald-Leader reports that Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration Eric Monday and General Counsel William Thro traveled to the Cayman Islands in 2023 and 2024. That alone raises some eyebrows, but now they are refusing to release any documents requested through open records laws in connection with those trips. UK’s defense is that Insure Blue — the University of Kentucky’s medical malpractice insurer, which UK also owns — is based in the Cayman Islands. Cayman law requires the board of Insure Blue to meet in person there twice a year. So a state government entity (UK) owns an LLC in the Cayman Islands (a place known for money laundering) in order to avoid the regulatory and tax laws of its own government. No matter how you cut it, this is pretty messed up.

I’m from Eastern Kentucky - real coal country. Politicians and green warriors spent years destroying our communities, shutting down mines, killing jobs, and turning thriving towns into ghost areas. They regulated coal into the ground while cheering cheap natural gas and intermittent renewables. Now, with AI data centers, EVs, and manufacturing coming back, suddenly coal is “essential” again. Funny how that works. Trump’s team is opening 13 million acres of federal land for mining, dropping $625 million to restart old plants, and using emergency orders to keep coal-fired power running in multiple states — including a fresh one in Orlando, Florida. Energy Secretary Wright and Interior Secretary Burgum are blunt: coal is the backbone for reliable power. Trump wants upgrades at home and ports so U.S. coal can meet global demand. The numbers: Coal went from 45% of U.S. electricity in 2010 to 15% in 2024. Gas at 43%. But AI training clusters and data centers demand constant, massive baseload power that wind/solar can’t reliably deliver without huge overbuild and storage that doesn’t exist at scale yet. They kept plants open through winter freezes to dodge blackouts. Burgum tied it directly to AI competitiveness and bringing manufacturing back. From coal country: This feels like vindication after years of getting screwed. Our people and our coal built this country’s energy backbone. Now the same system that discarded us needs it for the AI boom. But let’s not sugarcoat the bigger picture: Much of this “national security” and “AI race” push is powering a massive surveillance and control grid… data centers sucking power to track, monitor, and manage everything. EVs, smart grids, digital IDs, it’s all part of the infrastructure for tighter control while they lecture us about climate. Exports are still struggling with tariffs and global oversupply, and coal remains dirty: real pollution that affects lungs and lives in places like ours. Environmentalists call it a bailout for a dying industry. They’re partly right on the economics — coal got crushed by markets too. But ignoring the raw power math for AI is delusional. You can’t run hyperscale computing on hope and panels alone. This revival might bring jobs back to Kentucky and coal country. Good. But it also props up the very tech-control system that treats regular Americans as data points. Brutal reality: Energy demand is exploding, coal is available and dispatchable now, politicians flip when convenient, and the surveillance machine keeps growing regardless. Coal country paid the price for their “transition.” Now they need us again.

🚨Bad Bill Alert🚨 Kentucky Republicans are trying to further destroy equal treatment under the law and formalize a two-tiered justice system in a move that you'd expect from Democrats, not Republicans. SB 122 just cleared committee. It says people convicted of the SAME non-violent felonies could now get probation or lighter sentences JUST because they have kids, while others go to prison for the exact same crimes. That isn't how a "Justice System" is supposed to work. This bill forces judges to consider parental status and push alternative sentencing over incarceration for caretakers of dependent children. What is next? Considering a person's skin color, gender, and any other special circumstance they can think of? Call me radical, but I think the justice system must be about JUSTICE first—equal punishment for equal crimes. Rehabilitation matters, but you can't skip real accountability or you will never have rehabilitation. Committing felonies while responsible for children isn't a sign you need leniency—if anything, it's proof of a higher level of irresponsibility because you're now putting kids at risk. Judges already have leeway to weigh family circumstances. Republicans should be fighting to end that unequal treatment, not reinforcing ideas that create a two-tier system. Call your State Senator RIGHT NOW and demand they VOTE NO on SB 122!

This is simple math. Billions were spent unchecked. No one was was held accountable. And what's worse is Congress wants to send more. Urge your Senator to back my amendment. Stop the waste. Protect your tax dollars.
