AHS told me that they’re supposed to respond to customers within 24-48 hours and that contractors are supposed to respond to them within 24-48 hours. A week later, no response from contractor, repeated run around from customer service, and still no heat!
@AHS_Warranty I’ve had the absolute worst experience with AHS. I made a service request last week for my furnace and a contractor came out a week ago and said I need a new furnace. I have called AHS every day since and they have no information. So I have no heat and no response.
@onepeloton Hey Peloton. Today, for the second time, your repair person failed to show up to fix an issue that covered under the warranty and Peloton failed to give me a head’s up that they weren’t coming. What’s up with that?
