@lowcarbGP I used to eat 400 calories of chocolate for lunch because I believed in CICO (which I now call psycho.) Then I ate more protein, fat and fibre and lost 3 stone. Teaching low-carb to my nutrition clients. Thank you SO much Dr. Unwin. Dark chocolate is delicious, rich & tasty
@lowcarbGP I would add 100% dark. No sugar at all. There are some good bars out there.

@lowcarbGP 85% dark chocolate, with a scoop of almond butter and a dash of sea salt, and one fresh blueberry. Or sprinkled with toasted coconut.
