Unacceptable! Their reply by DM “Sometimes, bags are only delayed, and not lost. You can try to create a delayed file, instead of a lost file.”

What has happened to @AmericanAir? No customer service, only bots to use to report lost luggage. It’s what happens if you fly @AmericanAir business class to an international destination. No luggage, no communication, no service. Luggage didn’t arrive with us. Not arriving today.
