افغانی حتی حق گشت‌وگذار آزاد در داخل شهرهای ایران را ندارد، چطور می‌تواند به اسناد محرمانه یا اماکن امنیتی دسترسی پیدا کند و جاسوسی کند؟ اصلاً ممکن نیست. دیواری کوتاه‌تر از مهاجرین پیدا نکرده‌اند تا اتهام بزنند و ضعف اطلاعاتی خود را به گردن مهاجرین بی‌پناه بیندازند.
