Loving ApiManagement in Azure, but disappointed why funtionality is limited on consumption tier , eg rate_limit_by_key.. why? Tier is perfect for small, non-critical environments were you can really get familiar with them @AzureApiMgmt

£5 for an up to 5 minute drop off at @manairport, robbin bar stewards... so even if you accidently ended up in the wrong lane on the approach to the airport and fed through the drop off zone, never stopping, it would cost you a fiver. Scandalous 🤬🤬
