The two biggest switches i've noticed while scaling from $10k days to $50k days is doing less research on Reddit and more research reading articles and documentaries. There are so many articles with real world statistics on their pain point. Statistics showing you the exact % of your audience and what they sufferer from. The second one is when i'm on reddit i press 'Control F' and type '?' on the main reddit for xyz pain point. Here i can see what they THINK they might be suffering from. Neuropathy? X Sciatica ✓ for example.

animation studios are f*cked this 2 minute 23 second pixar story is ONE generation i pasted the script in once and it came back with the cast, every set and the full edit...
