Poor customer service @Sportsnet !signed up to watch the Raptors game tonight and then find you don’t show it. Does not say ‘only half of NBA games’ on the sign up page. This is a con. Then you refuse a refund 15mins after I signed up, citing terms over customer satisfaction.

@DAZN_CA can you please switch the live snooker to the second table!? First table finished. Great game on the second table whilst you are showing a holding screen on your live feed!

@CraveCanada very poor customer service. I am being charged for a service I cancelled (charge restarted on their own) but more worryingly it’s been over a month since I contacted your help email and no response since, even after multiple emails.

@AirCanada No response to my DM which I sent right away. Saw other folk really complain and managers come out...looks like corporate greed paying for seat reservations has cause a number of upsets. Put passengers first please like other airlines.

Oh Air Canada impressed again...not. 'Upgraded' airline (paid more) to ensure wife/I had comfortable journey together. Nervous flyer and injured neck. No one online, phone or desk would help. Will be sticking to ‘budget’ airlines now who care more @AirCanada @WestJet @airtransat

@TorontoComms need to improve road safety on the highways. Daily I read of fatal accidents; it's treated as normal. Driving standards so poor vs. Europe. More needs to be done to prevent: speeding, undertaking, swerving, tailing etc. Claims/ruins lives. Need to modernise quickly!

@CCTS_CPRST @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Thank you. I will look into the form. The length of time to fix the issue is not proportionate to the cause (fido account mistake),the lack of updates is poor and tech/account phone queues horrendous

@FidoSolutions Thanks. Direct messaging, web chat and calling your tech/account lines is not solving anything or giving me updates/etas. Just waiting in queues. I had the quickest response with a public message. This tells me Fido need to focus more on solving issues than their appearance.

@FidoSolutions please fix our internet or provide us an update/eta! 5 hours spent talking to you over last 2 days, no call backs as promised. Moving house in 2 weeks, Fido stopped internet early! Now seems impossible to fix!? No response for online chat, over hour wait for phone.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir service agent was great. Booked us on flight as you said, gave us hotel voucher and confirmed luggage was in Miami. Better than we feared. Fingers crossed flight tomorrow is ok. Thanks for your help

@AmericanAir Thanks, if that’s true then it appears to be the best solution at this point. Will see in 30mins once I get to speak to an agent.

@AmericanAir Thanks but they said don’t worry, things will be worked out whilst you are in the air...get to Miami, 3 agents trying to help 50 people. Will take hours. No managers waiting to guide people. Our connection (same code) not held. Quite poor

@AirCanada That's not what we asked. Does this @AirCanada read the messages?

@AirCanada It gets worse. Air Canada put us on a flight to San Fran then Buenos Aires...Get to SF and @AmericanAir flight has a mechanical issue and can't guarantee our Miami connection - Air Canada said it was direct San Fran to BA...The Miami change may now leave wihout us. Terrible

@AirCanada Yeah they have just told us it’s in 14 hours. What do we do about connecting flights and hotel bookings at our destination? We had a tight schedule with friends in patagonia, all will now be delayed by us being delayed. This took months to plan. Where is the help?

@AirCanada flight to Buenos Aires cancelled at 3am after 3 hours sat on the plane. “waiting for managers” to arrive now” where’s the info or contingency plan(e)? Many of us had a tight schedule and this is ruining something that can’t easily be repeated. Need to get to BA asap!
