@Tesla Serious question. How do you plan to deal with the blackouts across the country from the strain on the already outdated power grid made for gas cars. The amount of power you would need to charge a city of electric cars is insane. Charging stations would basically be substations
@goldraven623 @Tesla And the winter storms that stranded everyone in VA last week for a full day, Imagine if everybody had electric cars... The thought is nice and good for an alternative car but not practical for everyone to have.
@matthewsndr96 @goldraven623 @Tesla Why would it have been worse in an EV? Check out You Tube-there are tests on how long a Tesla will last running the heater in the freezing cold and it's 2-3 days. And no chance of CO poisoning. Plus you have the games and Netflix and all on the screen to keep you entertained.
@matthewsndr96 @goldraven623 @Tesla The grid couldn’t handle the switch from gas lighting to electric lights however it managed to evolve fast enough to make the switch.
