As I experiment with more AI tools and follow the latest agent research, I've been thinking about a few things. 1. Agents are getting better at proposing, building and executing things. But humans still need time to understand what they're doing. At some point, will humans become the bottleneck simply because we can't keep up with what agents are capable of? (I think this is something many AI researchers and experts have been warning about.) 2. I wonder if we'll see new roles emerge around reverse engineering what agents have built, investigating their decisions, and understanding how these systems evolved over time.( Observability and evals become even more important here) 3. More systems are being built for agents rather than humans. As that continues, we may increasingly rely on other agents to verify what these systems are doing, without necessarily understanding every detail ourselves. The funny part is that we might need agents just to understand what other agents have been up to. And I wonder if understanding what was built and why will eventually take more effort and become more expensive than building it.

@100GirlsInGenAI I use Antigravity a lot for coding with Gemini and Opus. I also use it for brainstorming and planning too and invoke Agent Council so two agents powered by different models and different skills collaborate.
@kartikb753 Exactly. I see Loop Engineering feeding changes back into the harness, with offline evals before release and online evals and observability in production!
I have started opening my agent engineering talks with these two slides. A lot of the conversation right now is workflows, context engineering, wrappers, harnesses, tool use, orchestration, evals. I’ve been organizing that through these lenses: Harness Engineering: What needs to surround an agent so it can operate safely and reliably? Graph Engineering: How should agents, tools, services, workflows, and humans work together? Loop Engineering: How do we evaluate agent behavior, learn from failures, and make the system better? I also spend time on spec-driven development. Still surprised how few teams actually use it. I personally use Conductor plugin with the Antigravity CLI. These two slides have been a useful way to start that conversation.
