@etihad customer service is brutal. They only promise to get back to you 28 days after you submit a complaint. It has been 37 days and 2 follow up chats and no response. They must have so many complaints if it is how long they take to respond

Don’t bother sending emails to Customer Care @dutweets since they don’t care. I have sent 3 emails with no responses and they continue to send me emails threatening emails. If find this very disrespectful as their agent confirmed the issue is resolved

@Aramex your service is terrible! I was promised delivery Monday and again today. My address and phone number were verified by you twice. Yet you keep trying to call the wrong number! I have no missed calls! You can’t even call anybody to complain!

@KLM last week you cancelled 1 of the 4 segments of my trip. After hours in the phone I get a new flight. Today you cancel another segment. Tried to contact you through your recommended channels. Over 5 hrs later still waiting to be connected to an agent.

@dutweets your service is terrible. Your APP , website, IVR and Visual IVR are all a waste of time. A store error in updating my ID is making me wast too much of my valuable time.

@simonwhitfield My wife met you through her work at HBC and Olympic athletes. You inspired her to get into triathlon and then I followed. At 57 years old we are still competing and now I am also moving into full time coaching. Thanks for the inspiration that has had a major impact on our lives.
