Students need to know how to work in groups and independently. We should work to build collaboration skills, but also the ability to work and think in silence independently. #EDR628
Critical literacy aims at analyzing, critiquing and challenging the norms. It's an understanding of how texts can be manipulated to represent the world or people a certain way. Teaching students critical literacy helps them decipher truth from falsehoods #EDR628
The problem with taking intriguing classes (like #EDR628) and being involved in research and online communities is that I want to spend my summer lesson planning and applying new things and forget to recharge. #toomanyideas
