@afneil Agreed. He’s in the chair and needs to now own it. Maybe he thinks he can still do some good from within, but he certainly doesn’t have the resources to achieve anything of note. In my opinion, sense of duty keeps Rich there, I think he’d rather be anywhere else. But who knows.

@afneil Served under Rich. Deeply impressive bloke and a good man. Maybe the biggest ranks have changed him. Sure he feels he’s doing the right thing but this isn’t the bloke we knew but his 1up is a politician now rather than a service member. Managing decline not of his own making.

@CraigHope_DM Craig, genuine question - do you think the club potentially puts out budgetary restrictions to reporters as a bargaining tactic when signing players? Eg, it becomes widely reported toon have a 70m budget so clubs might not Saudi tax us?

@adamkeys_ How do you feel if you're Ramsdale Keys? Worried? Surely Raya doesn't think he's signing to back up? Seems GK is the last position in the game where competition isn't expected....

@KenRoth I'm sure the Greeks would be equally as useless at rescuing a deep sea submarine, if that's what you're worried about?

@mikeparry8 Out of control Rockstar? Who are your rockstars, Mcfly!? He caused no trouble, hit no-one, destroyed nothing, damaged nothing. Have you never had a few too many drinks in your life? And probably for a much worse reason than Jack had to let loose.
