Today would have been @DrMayaAngelou's 95th birthday. As a girl, she endured trauma and abuse that actually led her to stop speaking. But as a performer and writer, she found her voice—a voice that has spoken to millions, and inspired countless others over the years.
For decades I had days,even wks,at a time where I was crippled by fear from past trauma.After MANY yrs of therapy I am able2manage it.I felt hopeless but I say”PLEASE DON’T GIVE UP”cos if Ive got2the place where I can tell fear that im the 1 in charge you will be able2too 1 day❤️
