@eir as I had to sign up to the new network before failed attempt to switch, I paid two bills for the month. Can you please let me leave the network without having to pay and have my phone wiped or buy a new phone just because I was given the wrong code twice

@eir After 4 weeks of phone not working #éir gave me an unlocking code to switch networks.Didn't work, 2nd code didn't work. Customer care hung up on me twice, went into shop, told that I can only pay to get my phone wiped, taking 10 days,or buy new phone. This is not acceptable!

@eircare @eircare2 @eircare This unlock code did not work and locked the new sim card. I still have no phone. Can you please either resume phone service or allow me to move to another network provider so I can have a working phone

@eircare @eircare2 This tells me I will have to wait up to 10 days for the unlock code. This will bring it up to over a month without a phone - either Eir or another service provider - how is this acceptable?? Espc when working from home and need to be contactable. I have no other phone access

@eircare @eircare2 My phone has been unable to make or receive calls for 3weeks. After 8 hrs on phone to customer care (using skype), another 2 hrs in shop, multiple emails, issue isnt solved. I tried to change network but Eir won't give me unlock code. Still billed for the month
