What if @saylor takes Strategy to 2.1 Million Bitcoin and then commits to no longer buying Bitcoin and only ATM's the common stock to pay for the dividends on the Digital Credit. All while all ATM on pref will be used to buy back Common Stock and Bitcoin 50/50 - while Bitcoin continues to CAGR at 21%-30% a year? How will the shorts 💩 themselves even at the suggestion of this? Hey, $MSTR doesn’t have a dilution problem — it has a dilution PERCEPTION problem. 0.00xxx BTC/share means nothing to human brains. But this does: 1,700 shares per Bitcoin → 500 shares per Bitcoin. Same dilution math. Totally different understanding and PERCEPTION. If a metric can’t be reconstructed, it will always be mispriced. @PunterJeff @tnorth

Shares per Bitcoin is easier to understand than Bitcoin per share(effectively the same metric). @saylor please add this metric to your dashboard, it clearly shows your capital efficiency of $MSTR.

In October, nobody will be talking about this $MSTR mNAV guidance revision. Perhaps as early as next week. Stagnation leads to capitulation. Similar vibes to last summer. Screenshot image From March 27th 2024 - August 18th 2024 below I remember vividly "Saylor killed the stock" "Saylor sold 400,000 shares" "The stock is never going back to ATH" "The $2B ATM issuance is insane" "Too leveraged from converts" "Index inclusion will never happen" Strategy had also filed a $2B ATM plan on 8/1/24. On August 18th, 2024, $MSTR was down 37% from it's ATH close earlier in March, while BTC / share (BTC yield) was effectively flat. The bears were dunking on $MSTR HEAVILY. On August 18th, 2025, $MSTR is down 23% from it's ATH close in November 2024, while BTC / share (BTC yield) is up 50%, AND with NEW wildly successful preferred equity instruments to defend mNAV, add on intelligent leverage with zero maturity. Summer 2024 was also chock full of bears, just as there are today. Feels eerily similar, with the exception that @JoshMandell6 only had about 4,000 followers back then.... - Saylor sold 400,000 shares (4M split adjusted) - $750M ATM in Feb on an $8B market cap - $MSTR is dead because of the Bitcoin ETF's - $2B ATM in August '24 - $QQQ inclusion will never happen - 1x mNAV Ponzi bears etc If an advantageous optionality revision to mNAV ATM guidance on a FIRST OF ITS KIND capital program is the straw the breaks the camels back here, I can't help you.
