@LesEvansHillBC thanks a lot! I will try this method which is working perfectly for A. reaumurella as well. hope I will succeed.

@LesEvansHillBC can I ask you how you search for cuprella. its one of my target species but so far no success...

@ToniKasiske links lebt Golfus sapiens. rechts Natur

and this one in Cucumis. maybe Chromatomyia horticola? @AgromyzidaeRS

@AgromyzidaeRS today in Helianthus. any idea?

Yesterday I caught a specimen of Paranthrene insolitus (on the same tree than Synanthedon conopiformis). There seem to be more findings than the past years (?)... Might profit from warming (and heat stress)? Maybe similar to conopi which had an excellent year 2022?

@chrisvanswaay since 2018 polychloros "exploded" in its numbers in whole Germany. in my county it was listed as critically endangered. I've never thought of seeing it once but since 2018 it gets more often every year. at least one lucky species... 2/2

@chrisvanswaay polychloros seems indeed to be an expanding species the last years. across the border to Northrine-Westphalia it was much more often in spring than urticae. 3 years urticae was missing or nearly missing with 0 to 5 specimen in spring instead of hundreds 10 years+ ago... 1/2
