@LearnTeachTech We explored ChatGTP during our PD last week. I am intrigued to tinker with it more. #CSP554

@learnteachtech A6: I liked being able to scroll back an re-read comments I missed the first time through. I felt like everyone's voice was "heard". #CSP554

@learnteachtech A4: My district focuses on the standards during this process. In my opinion, curriculum should be analyzed to determine how much hands on learning the S's get to do vs. traditional teaching methods. Rigor is great, but if the delivery is boring the S's won't buy in. #CSP554

@learnteachtech A3: My philosophy is very S's centered so I use technology to present the curriculum in a variety of ways to reach all learner needs. For example: recorded notes posted on LMS so that S's can watch at own pace, SPED teams can watch with students to reinforce ideas, etc.#CSP554

@learnteachtech A2: MCA incentives indicate teaching to the test or putting standardized testing as a higher priority than student engagement, genuine learning experiences, and the students themselves. #CSP554

@learnteachtech A0: Everyone in our house is currently healthy and my kid didn't actually bite the teachers assistant today, she only pretended to try.

@KarlyMoura @ladylanguage411 I just tried Breakout EDU with my MS students this year and they loved it. I have also found great digital escape rooms on Teachers Pay Teachers. I envy the creativity of those who put these activities together and I hope someday to create my own digital escape room. #ditchbook

@KasowiczMatthew Trust. I trust my doctor and dentist to know what they are talking about. Parents and community member should trust teachers to know what they are talking about and to trust that they have the best interests of the students in mind. #CSP510

@KasowiczMatthew A14: Let the teachers be the experts that they are, let them teach with the passion and drive that pushed them into this field, support them in any way possible, and focus on what the S's learn instead of chasing points! #CSP510

@DanPalkki @KasowiczMatthew We do standards based grading, but still have to give an overall grade at the end of the quarter for transcripts. I like standards based grading, but we still have a lot of staff on the fence so we have lots of grading discussions. #CSP510

@KasowiczMatthew A13: We have talked about going to a three color system. Green = full understanding, yellow = partial understanding, and red = little to know understanding of the learning target. #CSP510
