My bp’s said they would fight our adoption. They didn’t. They didn’t even answer the phone or door in the end. I get that it was overwhelming for them. Why were we never important enough to them? these feelings dog my every relationship and echo through my life. #adoption

#adopters don’t argue with those at the core of your saviourism. How they feel, whatever they say is their truth. No if’s, no buts. Don’t try to change it for the sake of your ego. You should be humble in their pain and loss.

With Xmas approaching going to renew my vow to keep to family I chose and no other. Kinder to myself and more in the spirit, even if not goodwill to all men. Some of both A-fam and b-fam don’t make the cut but sisters by blood and bonds do. #family #adoption #friendsarefamily

My eldest sister blames herself for our adoption. This is 💯% not true. She is an amazing person with biggest heart. Unfortunately bf’s chose to ignore her specialness instead of celebrating it. #adoption #lovemysister.
