@nextofficial I collected an order today which should have had two items but only one was there. The item not there was delayed however online it says I’ve collected both items which I haven’t.

@VirginAtlantic are you able to tell me how much a ticket would be for a 1.5 year old? If I give you flight details? Want to compare no seat vs seat

@bt_uk hi there, I’ve recently changed my broadband plan but I was told I wasn’t getting a new hub, just removed the landline. Apparently they’ve still booked an engineer visit even tho I was told it wasn’t needed? I’m at work during the week, no one will be home.

@EE I upgraded early today to sim Only, had one month left. Checked out and confirmed, but then it said first payment wouldn’t come out until October? Any reason why?

@nectar I can still collect points every time I shop with Sainsburys but I cannot spend any nectar points. At the self checkout it says my balance is zero when it is definitely not. I used to be able to spend them all time, hasn’t been working for a month now.

@AerLingus my mom’s flight from LHR-ORK was cancelled today due to the air traffic issues. She received the contact that the flight was cancelled (when she was at the gate mind you). Will she be contacted again with a new flight? Or does she have to sort it herself?

@HSBC_UK want to open an account with my mother who lives in Ireland, I live in the UK. I’m aware we need to visit a branch to do this, but does she need to bring documents that are certified or are originals okay? They would be Irish docs.

@VirginAtlantic hi, how much would it be to change flights for economy classic? Looking at flying LHR-SFO in October, but would like to know options if we can’t make the dates we choose.
