I have been a @BankofAmerica customer for over 40years and I am ready to transfer to another bank. To get someone on the phone is 40+ min wait. I went to financial center recently with an appointment and arrived on time, still had to wait an hour. MAY BE TOO BIG!

#cdjrnorthsavannah Every time I open Facebook, I see an add/coupon for 3 full synthetic oil changes (up to 5 Qts) for $100. The dealership refuses to sell it to me at that price, saying my vehicle is not eligible. I have a Jeep Gladiator that holds 5 quarts. What’s up with that

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - North Savannah. And it will take about 2 weeks to get an appointment to get an oil change - so much for the “Express Lane” signs!

SAVANNAH TIRE - 1511 POOLER PKWY: Had appointment at 8:00 to have tires mounted, balanced and installed. It took over 9 hours to complete..... ridiculous! They blamed it on their “call center” - I really don’t care, this is ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN.
