I've absolutely destroyed the underside of my duvet cover bc my mental illness requires me to move my legs around constantly whilst laying in bed 🙃 but now the duvet cover is so rough that I can no longer stomach touching it with bare skin 🙃

My pregnant friend got *ov*d and I haven't heard from her in days and I'm so worried 😰 Shes normally an avid poster on the socials but there's nada and I'm thinking the worst 😭

I felt so dizzy and crap on Monday that I booked a doc appt for today, then my symptoms disappeared for 2.5 days and have just returned now that I'm sitting in the waiting room...so like...yay I guess?
