#9118245184 has been sorted. All thanks to a lady called Buyiswa Mbude - she delivered the bin to my house. Now I'm following up on the 2nd Ref No: 9117045320 which was logged April 2024. These are very simple day2day issues not sure why its painful for the city to resolve them

3.@CellC @CellC_Support @BlueLabelTeleco I've been on the phone for almost an HR now. Spoke to Gugu@customer service, transfered me to Nontuthuzelo at Sales, she transfered me to Hani ka at follow ups and del, then to Anele at home support. Then I was back at customer service

2.@CellC_Support @CellC @BlueLabelTeleco yesterday I received an email saying simcard was delivered ref CELLC13016521. Upon asking where was it delivered to I never received any response. The simcard was ordered on July 25 and 48 hours came (Aug 23 now sti waiting)
