My wife and I travelled all the way from Pune to Hyderabad with trust and high expectations. We finalized the interior discussion and paid ₹25000 as a booking amount, followed by another ₹15,000 within two days — making a total payment of ₹40,000. However, the experience after payment was shocking and unacceptable. During the virtual design discussion, one of their employees behaved in a highly arrogant and disrespectful manner. Instead of guiding us professionally, he made insulting remarks like “you know mathematics, you do the calculation,” which clearly reflects his attitude towards customers. We ignored it initially, but things got worse. He later raised his voice again and made an extremely inappropriate comparison, stating that the person who referred us had finalized a project worth ₹25+ lakhs — indirectly insulting and belittling us. This kind of behavior is completely unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Because of this rude and humiliating conduct, both me and my wife felt mentally harassed and disrespected. We immediately decided not to proceed further with such a service provider. When we escalated this issue to the Manager and General Manager of the @livspace Hitech City branch @HiHyderabad instead of addressing the misconduct, they simply hid behind a “no refund policy.” When we questioned whether their policy allows customer harassment, they had no answer and outright refused to refund our ₹40,000. This clearly shows: - Lack of professionalism - Zero accountability - Disrespect towards customers - Unethical business practices DO NOT pay any advance amount to @livspace They take your money first and then treat you disrespectfully, with no intention of resolving issues or refunding your hard-earned money. Despite being mentally harassed and mistreated, we are still only asking for one fair thing — Refund our ₹40,000 immediately. This has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience, and we will escalate this further if needed.
