@opodo Do you think I haven’t tried that? My account is stuck and won’t let me do anything. I’ve called repeatedly and keep getting told the same thing that you have a call into the airline for approval. I’ve spoke to the airline myself and they say you haven’t contacted them!!

@opodo @opodo It’s Day 18 since I first called you to rebook my flights. That’s 13 working days that you could have picked up the phone to resolve any queries with Swiss Air. What do I have to do to get this sorted?!!

@opodo, this is Day 18 since my first call to you to rebook my flights & despite lots of follow up calls you still haven’t managed to speak to Swiss Air to rebook them. Thanks to @FlySWISS for trying to help me but they tell me it had to be rearranged through you. Help me please!

@FlySWISS @opodo Hi Villie, I have already but Opodo don’t seem capable of picking up the phone to you to sort it out. I first phoned on the 9th January and every time I call again they still haven’t done anything. It really houldn’t take them this long. Regards, Liz

@FlySWISS You gave me flights & costs on Friday which I said I wanted. You said I had to go back to Opodo but never told me I could book direct or the fare was time limited. I’ve phoned you today & you tell me the fares have more than doubled & you won’t honour the quoted fares from Friday
