@IvanSsemugenyiK That’s very true. Just look at tourism, no single tour operator in uganda turns over 6m dollars annually They have many who turn over between usd 50m and 120m annually Hotels are even worse

@Thomas_Tayebwa But when shall we be a society that respects and enforces laws ?The second last line of your post quotes "weak regulation". Why are we still grappling with this phrase when we are templates of success for others in the region. Law makers need to really step up.
