@EthanChleb Having lots of sauces taking up space in the fridge. Asian dishes freq require 3-5 different sauces (various soy, fish, oyster, etc). If you are not making them all the time, the fridge gets cramped.
@rochestersnitch @EthanChleb I was keeping these in the fridge but over last couple of years I transitioned to keeping them in the cupboard with no issue. They are so full of salt so unlikely to spoil.
