in general i've gotten to a place where im happy as a female athlete, we have better endurance, flexibility, and we learn faster. ngl menstrual cycle is kicking my ass it feels like im at 12% and, my weight is up from hormones when i need to be at a certain weight class next week

at work i'll be yapping with patients about "10 years ago in college" and they are flabberghasted every single time 😭😭 yes im 31. my theory is, maybe i have a connective tissue disorder that keeps my skin looking youthful idk it's an ADHD thing
