Hey @LGUSSupport my 4k LG fridge was part of class action & I submitted enhanced warranty claim & it was approved Dec 2021 and still NO CHECK supposed to be paid w/in 60 days per settlement. Sent emails re same and over 10 hrs of calls and nothing. Horrible customer service

@LgHomeRetail so $4k for a fridge that was part of class action lawsuit LG lost I’ve had 2 repairs and now not working AT ALL. 2 unsuccessful repairs I get a new fridge under lawsuit. Been calling for a month and all I get is over 2 hours on hold. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
