I love this @fin_ai feature. It's both extremely powerful and quite hard to get it working really well, but we closely monitor our suggest acceptance rate and it's doing incredible numbers.

🆕Fin now supports MCP as a client, and Intercom supports MCP as a server. This little example shows Fin connecting to @stripe's MCP server letting Fin list products, prices, and even create payment links. This lets Fin resolve customer questions better, faster, and cheaper

I recently got to record an episode of 'Off Script' for @intercom. I tried to share some of what we've learned trying to automate a whole business process end-to-end; some pain points compared to non-AI product development; and the visceral experience of seeing a technology revolution kick-off in real time. As the hype cycle continues to twist and turn, recently I'm seeing disillusionment that a lot of AI products are thin, and not delivering real value. At Intercom, we've taken an opinionated stance on this from early on, really concentrating our investment into deep products - I try to explain some of the thinking behind this decision here. @_StevenWillett @HMRCcustomers @HMRCgovuk Sorry to hear about that 😞 I've been calling support every other month for the past year and they keep saying my account will be merged soon, but nothing happened so far. It's frustrating and doesn't seem to be a way to escalate this.
