Walked 18 holes today, saw some cool views of Mt. Hood. Now off to imbibe on some wine. For free!

After some ultimate frisbee and a lot of biking, checking out some magic cards put me over 10k steps. Nerds!

Went golfing and hit 10k steps, along with a few fairways.

Got 10k during some sweaty ultimate frisbee today. At least the hot days here are still pretty.

As for today, the last step I took on my 6.5 mile run this morning got me to 10k. Pretty good timing I think.

Yesterday I went for a 4 mile run, then hit 10k while scoring a try (or whatever it's called) in ultimate frisbee. Pretty good timing!

Hit 10k today while jamming to This Land Is Our Land performed by The Decemberists, Death Cab for Cutie, and Sera Cahoone! Fucking cool yo!

Yesterday, went for a 5 mile run in the morning, then played some golf after work. But I hit 10k in the hallway at the office.

Ran 4 miles today, then played some ultimate frisbee where I hit 10k steps. Now my legs are dead.

Went for a trail run that was supposed to be 4 miles but actually ended up at 7.2. Then played some sand volleyball. Hit 20k today, score!

It was a bad week with no 10k days, but finally today I got back on the wagon. Walked to the store after kayaking!

So I'm dumb, but at least I hit 10k yesterday during my morning run. Then we walked around Portland a bunch and I hit 20k. Double!

Yesterday I ran 5.5 miles, then hit 10k in a hallway at work. Also played in a work golf outing. Twas a good day.

Told you I suck at keeping up with this. Yesterday I played some ultimate frisbee and hit a sweaty 10k. Then I sliced my pinky on the disc.

Hiked Cape Lookout today, goddamn amazing views. Great place to hit 10000 steps.

Got 10k during my 7.5 mile run today, but then I went camping. Cool!

Had to pee. Got 10k steps when opening the door. Nice boat, right?
