@IsabelleBiscuit as someone who worked for Intuit for 17 years, your article brilliantly explains why everyone working at Intuit is so miserable now. Gadarzi's incompentence has made the work twice as hard and he doesn't give a rat's ass how badly it effects his employees.

@EmpowerToday But you can't seem to provide competent customer service. They lie, don't care and refuse to escalate the issue when caught. #EmpowerDoesNotCare

@empowertoday @empowertoday you don't even care that you have forced us to push our closing day back 2 days and are costing us money. Aren't financial institutions supposed to be honest? #EmpowerDoesNotCare #Empowerfraud #NoCustomerService

@empowerToday Trying to get MY money and your staff has been making up excuses for 2 weeks. They just lie and say it'll go out tomorrow and we have to call again. We demand a supervisor and it's a front line phone agent pretending to be a supervisor. #EMPOWERLIES #EMPOWERFRAUD

@EmpowerToday Do you go out of your way to hire the most incompetent support staff? They are incapable of answering even the simplest questions and when they do they just make up an answer.

@EmpowerToday in today's world where we strive to go green, why is it faster for you to send a paper check to me than wire money to my bank account? That seems just ridiculous...If that is not the case, that is what your customer service people are telling customers.

@amazon to clarify, these were purchased as new. They do not list as refurbished. Customer service says they must have sent used by mistake? why would that even be possible? Something very dishonest is going on here. #amazon #scam #shadybusiness #bodyfluidsonamazonproducts

@amazon Can you explain to me how the $198 Sony LinkBuds S that I ordered for my wife's birthday arrived inside an amazon box with no Sony packaging and appear to be used. One of the earbuds has earwax on it and when paired they show on her phone as "Samual's ear buds"? WTF?

@YoeriGeutskens How would it be safer? you do realize that when they come to confiscate those weapons they are going to get the bullets first, right? A lot of "confiscators" are going to end up very, very dead if that were to happen.
