@nuhre_ So, where available, we also use Prime for shipping! For the most part, those prices *should* be accurate. Sometimes prices on Amazon change without notice, unfortunately. But we'll let you know if there ever is a price difference and you can always contact support with questions

@SeductressSofia Typically, no. December is a peak time, and we experienced a large boom in orders. For non-Amazon, non-Partner stores, some orders do take some extra time.

Can you submit a support ticket on these items? You can do that by going to your orders page of the dashboard, clicking "help" and then "other issue." This will allow us to know what items you're talking about and check into these issues.
