Amazingly even after raising this on twitter with @Razer & @RazerSupport been passed back to the same people who did NOTHING before. I've been ghosted and now after 5 days being told "not to reply to messages." Contacting trading standards tomorrow unless this is resolved by then

If you purchase products from @Razer and something goes wrong. Don't expect any help at all, they will just pass you around from person to person hoping you'll go away. Disgusting, I am utterly appalled. Please can someone help me in this situation?

@Razer @RazerSupport I am sad to say I have received the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Potential Razer customers please take note: My 230w power supply for my Razer Studio which is covered by a 5 year warranty went down on Tuesday 3rd May

@AllTheAnime Hey! Are there any further updates on this? I received an email to confirm I was in the first 1000 some time ago, but haven't had an update since.

@FISTthegame discovered a bug stopping me from getting 100% exploration of the map & plat trophy in Ancient complex. Impossible to return to the rock worm escape tunnel after completion to unlock the final 0.29% of the map. Amazing work on a fantastic game 👏

@bt_uk not only did nobody show up to install our fibre broadband on the day of the appointment last week, we've had no communication from you and are now told we have to wait another month. 2 months to get fibre installed? This is unacceptable! Please can someone help?

I have. I've been offered a refund but have agreed to wait 48 hours. But as my ps5 is showing as delivered I have no idea if it will arrive and am powerless to track it. I don't know if it's been stolen or if this is a system problem. I'd just like to know what's happened.

@bexlectric @amazon @amazonHelp @amazonUK Same for me! Was waiting all day working on my laptop watching the road outside. The van was at the bottom of my street, marked it as delivered and didn't turn up. Called Amazon and have been told they have no idea what's going on and to wait 48 hrs

@AmazonUK @AmazonHelp been waiting for my ps5 all day. It was marked as delivered when the driver was down my street but never came to my door or got out of the van. Please, can someone let us know what's going on here?

@NetflixUK imagine it. Anime fans all over the world want it. It would be huge and I bet the original production staff would get behind it. It would be a global hit! And you guys are the ones to do it. Just stick my name in the credits! ;-) haha

@NetflixUK you are smashing the programming lately, and your anime output is increasingly getting better totally reinvigorating the genre. So I have an idea to bounce off your top execs: A brand new anime series directly adapted from the original manga of Akira.
