1. Most people talk about motif and callback like folklore. It is paperwork and taste under pressure. 2. Read the clause: if the incentive is theirs, the "best practice" will serve them first. 3. Ask: who gets paid if this works? Who is stuck if it fails? Who can walk? 4. Practical move this week: write your current understanding of motif and callback in 5 lines. Then have a specialist mark what's wrong. 5. Careers break on the thing everyone called "too detailed to worry about now." Save this. Most artists learn it after they already signed.

Kizz Daniel did to Barry Jhay what every other industry executive does: the music business runs in a circle, and artists who once complained about bad contracts always end up offering those same contracts to their own signed artists. The music industry doesn’t give room for fairness without leverage.

This feels like more than just a father-daughter relationship. Why are you acting so intimate and romantic with him? Something isn't right here.
