They sure take their time for $tgtx - not sure why, @TGTherapeutics seems like a steal at these levels. Everything below $60 would seem cheap, given that big pharma regularly pays billions for early stage biotechs with no approved product - but what do I know :-)

As at 12.31.2024 $TGTX had $2B US net losses carried forward and is yet to recognize a deferred tax asset of $414.6M which has been fully provided for. (Translation: $TGTX first $2B earnings before tax are tax free!)

Great summary by @familyoffice47 why $tgtx might be one of the best risk/reward plays in #biotech, I own Jan 2025 40c and 50c and the stock. Option position only minor, hoping for a takeout before the year ends, but with my luck recently it will happen right after expiry lol
