This policy costs Shopify brands $10K+ in payment processing fees. You pay 2.9% + 0.30c per refund in fees every time you cancel an order 🤷🏼‍♂️

Upsells in transactional Shopify emails has it’s perks. Letting customers fill the empty space in their package for 30mins after purchase? No-brainer.
