I combed through their Terms and Conditions for hosts and pointed out each thing he had violated in his original listing and nothing- they continued to let him host and took down my review. 3/ #Airbnb #Airbnbsucks
They will again respond asking for my email so they can take this to my case manager, but I've hit a wall with @Airbnb support. No matter how much evidence I give them on why this guy needs to be off the platform, they allow him to stay. 2/
So @Airbnb took down my review of this host after this incident claiming I included "personal information" about him such as he smokes. Now they won't let me post a new review. So this guy has a 4.95 rating and superhost status. 1/ #Airbnb #Airbnbsucks #legalhelp
@AirbnbHelp Also, the what kind of customer service is this? What kind of review process is based on subjective rules on what is considered "personal"? #Airbnb #Airbnbnightmare #Airbnbsucks
@AirbnbHelp I've DM'ed you and I've also have talked to support folks and nothing has happened to this host. He's allowed to host and my honest review has been deleted due to "sensitive information" that was directly related to why my experience there was terrible. #airbnb #airbnbsucks
@Airbnb has not taken this man off the platform and now they have removed my honest review because it contained "sensitive" information. They are actively allowing a dangerous individual to host on their platform #airbnb #airbnsucks
@AirbnbHelp Airbnb we've gone through this. The safety case manager had told me y'all will not remove him and I received another message that my review contained "personal information" when I tried to detail my discomfort in the listing.
@VacationRenter @Airbnb I really don't know. I tried to follow the host's house rules. This scene is after I asked him to speak to me more respectfully after he barked orders at me.
Hey @Airbnb- this host harassed me last week and y'all are allowing him to continue hosting? You want other people to stay in his house so he can explode on them? This video only captures the end of the night when he was calmer and joking about killing me.
Also, I'd like to point out that despite him yelling, grabbing, and threatening me, @Airbnb has let him stay as a host on the site and will allow him to leave me a review. He has faced no actual consequences and now he can do the same thing to other women.
Airbnb says this went through levels of review and he's still allowed to host. Unbelievable #Airbnb #nightmare
@paromasaurus @Earl_GreyT @AirbnbHelp @bchesky doesn’t care about the safety of guests or hosts! I reported a guest who tried to enter other guest private bedroom at my home shared. I’ve been waiting for @AirbnbHelp since June 7th! For @Airbnb SAFETY is NOT important apparently 🤷♀️
@AirbnbHelp My case manager responded to me, but there is no indication that the host and their listing will be removed. You all want more people to stay with him?
Hey @karaswisher, we are a locally owned and operated delivery service dedicated to helping independent restaurants survive! We charge low commissions and hire back restaurant employees as delivery drivers (who are official employees AND earn a living wage!) Guilt-free ordering!
In Opinion Uber upended transportation, and now its Uber Eats service poses a new challenge for restaurants. “Do I feel guilty about it? No,” the company’s chief Dara Khosrowshahi told @karaswisher on the latest episode of her Sway podcast. nyti.ms/35G1B6O
