Some days ago, I saw a "killer" combination in a complex in Ahmedabad. On the ground floor, there were two pizza outlets, on the first floor, there was one big pizza outlet. And on the second floor, there was a 24×7 hospital. 😁 PS: All of the above are harmful for "Health". 😉

People generally think Ayurvedic medicines are prepared in a Kitchen Pan like a sabzi NO it involves: Selection,dilution,application of heat, cleansing, churning, purification, trituration, impregnation,incineration, extraction Thermodynamics behind it is as deep as an ocean!

Unhygienic way of using the same toothbrush every single day & flavored toothpaste (that will increase Kapha due to Sweet taste and foaming) OR variety of Datuns eg. Karanja, Bargad, Neem, Aak, Babul etc? What will you choose? I'll choose Datun. I will chose #AyurvedaLifestyle.

Do you have an Indian Toilet at home Answer : No There should be atleast one in the house! No big a surprise if children are increasingly facing incomplete evacuation, gut issues, IBS, constipation, problems due to excessive expulsion effort in sitting toilets
