Hi @LBGplc you are still sending bank documents to someone who vacated what’s now my house more than 5 years ago. I’ve written to you 12+ times and spent 90 mins on the phone trying to put this right without success. Do you treat all of your customers’ data this way?

Hi @Docusign. We’re a large company with a corporate account with you but finding it impossible to speak to anyone to discuss INCREASING the services we buy. Customer service really not good at all. Support ticket (apparent only way to communicate) has been ignored for a week.

Hi @Tesco. Could you pls clarify which plastic films you now recycle at stores ? I’ve read what you already advertise, but does “soft” mean “bendy” or “not crinkly”? Crisp packets which are ok are crinkly. Lots of your plastic packaging says not recyclable on it. Help!

I booked @Uber to take 2 female friends home. Driver flashed by a speed camera, intimidated passengers to give him all their cash, then changed the destination to leave meter running after drop off. £107 currently charged to my account. No reply to several messages to Uber.

I loved reading #NormalPeople by Sally Rooney but was worried a screen adaptation wouldn’t do it justice. But @mescal_paul & @DaisyEdgarJones ‘s capture of Connell & Marianne was flawless. Devastating. Heartbreaking. The best thing I’ve seen for years. Thank you to all involved.
