To accept that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are still available today but not to seek them earnestly is to devalue them & regard them as unnecessary or maybe simply a nuisance.
Of all the privileges we can have on earth, the most significant is to be raised by a mom and dad who love each other, stay together, teach us the Bible, and take us to church.
1 Cor.15v35-57. Christians alive at Jesus return will experience a marvelous transformation; Christians who have died will experience a glorious resurrection. There will be a continuity between the mortal and immortal body but also great differences - like a seed to a plant!
1 Thess.5v1-4. Jesus Christ will one day return to this world in glory. His ‘appearing’ or ‘coming’ will be personal, physical, visible & triumphant. He will end history, raise the dead, judge the world & usher in a reconstructed universe. #comelordjesus
I must admit I really didn't expect to see pictures of people actually filling up cans with petrol. Seems like the best way of getting people to shop abnormally for petrol is for the government to say; just shop as normal for your petrol!
