Navigating your Health and Fitness can be tricky time to around Xmas. So it’s important to remember the world doesn't end on the 31st of December. Nor does it begin again on the 1st of January. It just keeps on going, when it comes to looking after yourself, so should you.
One thing you can do today to make you day better. Lace up your shoes and go for a walk. 👟 It’s a simple act that can make a lot of your problems seem a lot smaller. Want bonus points? Drink a big glass of water 💧 Smile 😊

Wisdom from the mouths of children. You aren’t fat. You just have extra fat. You are not your body fat percentage, and it does not define you. You’re a person, and you’re pretty awesome.
If you’re over 50, speed and power training should be a priority. Not so that you can jump higher, or lift more. It’s an excellent way of training fall prevention which could very well save your life. Falls happen quickly. Are you fast and strong enough to catch yourself?
Regarding fat loss: Stop focusing on the scale and end result. Focus on successful adherence to daily behaviours instead. Win the behaviors, win the day. Fat loss will happen as a result. #fatloss
Body fat can be very stubborn. You need to be more stubborn than it is if you want to lose it.

You've only got one body. Don't make your body fat % the only thing that matters when you consider looking after it.
My most successful clients are not the ones that train the hardest or follow the craziest diets. Their secret is that they show up and keep showing up. Consistency is the secret to success.
Regarding Fat-loss If you’re going to “train insane” consider keeping the diet “tame” to fuel those efforts. Likewise if you’re going to diet hard, consider making the exercise easy so you don’t drive yourself insane with hunger.
