Hey @AmericanAir, would you please stop cancelling my seat assignments and reassigning my young kids to sit with strangers? This time I even ended up without an assigned seat. I book early and pay a premium, but it keeps happening. Fix your systems. #AmericanAir #Fail

@AmericanAir It has happened to me two trips in a row. Purchase first class tickets months in advance, and then stumble across the seat reassignments shortly before travel. You're not even trying. I'm definitely going to look into @Delta for longer trips, and JSX for regional flights.
@AmericanAir It is definitely not right, but the DMs with you confirm that it's SOP, acceptable to you, and to be expected.
