What running has changed for me: I now enjoy climbing stairs. I don't have to wait for the bell to ring because I'm out of breath. If I have to go up 6 flights of stairs, I think: Nice workout. #whatrunningchangedforme #running #runningmotivation

Here is how a year of nasal breathing significantly improved my #running. When I first started, I would get out of breath at my easy pace. I recently ran a #marathon and a 10K using only #nasalbreathing. Have you tried nasal breathing? How do you feel about it?
