@BruceDarby3 @farm06 I've seen jump passes that worked beautifully. I've never seen someone jump and THEN try to cock his arm back. Usually it's a smaller motion with the arm ready to throw when he jumps.

@IHGCorporate Stayed at the Holiday Inn Firsco, Colorado. My daughter accidentally left a toiletry bag with retainers, perfume, and jewelry. ($500 to replace). Realized the day we checked out. After 50+ calls, I have yet to reach anyone. 10+ calls to corporate and no help.

@IHGCorporate I'm a platinum elite member. Customer service thanks me for that every time and tells me I'm appreciated. I don't feel appreciated. My favorite chain for more than a decade is falling down the list quickly. Customer service is everything. Right now it's nonexistent.

@IHGCorporate They told me multiple times someone would reach out. They haven't. The last customer service manager hung up on me. I didn't yell. I didn't curse. I just voiced my frustration of the last 14 days. This hotel is a stain on your reputation and has me questioning IHG entirely.
