I am not a stranger to cancelled flights or being rerouted, but every time with @united , they had a new flight ready and updated in the app. Same with @AmericanAir ? Nope. Waiting in a long line to find out what my options are. It sucks. Do better

Not sure why @SouthwestAir @united @AmericanAir Veterans to the list of pre boarders. @Delta does and it is appreciated. #VeteransDay

Why can’t @united call for active duty and retired veterans to board early? Thank @Delta for doing this for us! #Veterans

I really hate being delayed. Leaving Newark late which means arriving late. @DollarCars please stay open at the airport in Norfolk, VA

Bizarre! I usually always use @lyft but today is messed. I select priority which is more than the regular fee. Because it would be 5 minutes. Regular was 15. Driver found, 15 minutes to pick up. And I am stuck with the higher fee. Awesome

Why @AmericanAir just why? I submit a mishandled bag form, get a file ID number, but when I inquire, there is no information available. And as I read your check list, I now need receipts for the contents of my bag that you lost???

I would love to pull into the gate at @EWRairport but still sitting on the tarmac. Being told @TSA has people backed up so the flight in front of us can’t leave. Why is it East Coast airports where TSA does a seriously poor job?

@enterprisecares Holy Crap! I never thought renting an economy car would mean lemon. I have never had a rental car that had warnings go off the first day I drove the car. Unbelievable

@nobodyonit @SharkGregNorman Got to love when people only see the $$’s from a ruling class of a country who has a horrible record of human rights abuses. But as long as you can play golf there

@AmericanAir @PHLAirport The checkin and bag drop at this airport with this airline is horrible. I travel a lot and Philly is the worst airport by far. American, you have very few employees out directing, it is a cluster!

@PHLAirport @AmericanAir Seriously? Do better! You have a crowded check in, only a few employees working and only two of the self service kiosks open. It is a cluster!

Good lord @AmericanAir I purchased an upgrade for seats. Then you ask for more money to move up in boarding groups? Come on! Why can’t you do that when I spend the money for the upgrade?
